Richard F. Haisley, Owner/Director
Since 1973 Rick Haisley has been the proud owner, CEO and licensed funeral director of Haisley Funeral Home. He is a Ft. Pierce native with strong roots in the community. He has served as President of Ft. Pierce Rotary, President of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, Commodore of the Pelican Yacht Club, and President of Hospice of the Treasure Coast to name just a few. He not only volunteers his time for community minded activities such as Habitat for Humanity, but also is very philanthropically minded for organizations such as Indian River State College, local churches, baseball and bowling leagues, Hospices, libraries and many more.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and family. He loves fishing and boating on the beautiful Indian River, cycling anywhere to enjoy the beauty of nature itself, and working out to stay healthy for his family and friends. Even in his free time, he is constantly reflecting on better ways to serve the needs of his families at work.
Jimmie Anne Haisley, General Agent/Co-Owner
Jimmie Anne Haisley is the General Agent for the Planning Center and co-owner of the funeral home, with her husband Rick. She is an Emerita Vice President of Indian River State College (IRSC) where she worked for 25 years. She is a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce and prides herself in giving back to the community where she was raised. Rick and Jimmie Anne served as co-chairs for a new building for Hospice. They are graduates of Dan McCarty High School and they continue to be involved with their former classmates. She is a Trustee of the Edwin Link Foundation, the Executive Director of the Basil King Foundation, Chair for the St. Anastasia Capital Campaign, Past Commodore for the Pelican Yacht Club and involved with the Lifelong Learning Institute at IRSC.
She and Rick share five children and eight grandchildren. They are extremely pleased that two of their daughters have joined the business and will carry forward the honored tradition of caring for families in their deepest time of need.
Jimmie Anne shares a vested interest in the Haisley Pet Loss Services division of the funeral home. She and Rick have three dogs, seven horses and one cat and they are true members of their family. They understand the grief that accompanies the death of a pet and are committed to helping families through this difficult time.
Lee Anne Haisley, Executive Assistant
Lee Anne is the oldest daughter of Richard Haisley. She is the Executive Assistant for the funeral home. Born and raised in Ft. Pierce, Lee Anne attended St. Anastasia Catholic School and graduated from John Carroll High School in 1995.
She is a Fort Pierce native and has two sons, Brody and Keegan, who are her pride and joy. A firm believer in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, she loves to spend her free time working out, going four-wheeling, camping, and spending quality time with her family. Lee Anne is able to share her love of health and fitness by teaching various exercise classes at Gem’s Fitness and Pilates Studio.

B. Quinn Haisley-Wheeler, Director of Funeral Service Operations/Pet Services
Quinn is the youngest daughter of Richard Haisley. She is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and is the Director of Funeral Service Operations. A Ft. Pierce native, she attended St. Anastasia Catholic School and she graduated from Lincoln Park Academy in 2003. Being a huge Seminole fan, she graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Social Sciences and then went on to graduate from St. Petersburg College in 2008 with an Associate's degree in Funeral Services.
In her free time, Quinn enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, sons, Sawyer Hais and Rylan, her family and her beloved dogs, Marley and Magnolia, going out in the boat and going to the beach.
Quinn is a believer in giving back to her community. She is a member and past president of the Ft. Pierce Sunrise Kiwanis Club, the Lincoln Park Academy Key Club Adviser, and an active member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She is also a graduate of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Class 28 and Selected Independent Funeral Homes Leadership Academy. She takes great pride in the business her father started. She brings fresh new ideas, while continuing on the tradition of "our family serving your family".
Timothy Buxton, Funeral Director
Timothy Buxton, born in West Palm Beach, Florida was raised and educated in Okeechobee. He attended St. Petersburg School of Mortuary Science, and then attended the University of South Florida where he obtained a degree in Special Education.
He is married to Lacey Dean, a lifetime resident of Ft. Pierce and they have a son, Dean and a daughter, Sadie. His family is his is most important priority. He is an avid bowler and enjoys fishing.
Timothy brings an air of comfort and compassion to all families with whom he encounters. He is soft spoken, most professional, and is extremely talented in the technical aspects of our profession.
Priscilla Johnson, Funeral Director
Priscilla Mathis Johnson was born in Decatur, GA.
After losing her father at a young age she relocated to FL where she grew up in Palm Beach Gardens and graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School and later went on to receive her degree in Mortuary Science from Lynn University.
She is deeply committed to her family and is married to Master Officer Scott Johnson, Training Officer and Union President with the Port Saint Lucie Police Department. They have 2 teenage girls.
Walter Wyckoff, Funeral Director/Preneed Agent
Walter Wyckoff and his wife Terry have lived in St. Lucie County for 25 years. He is a licensed funeral director and insurance agent. Walter has been involved in the funeral industry for over 20 years.
He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and a charter member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Port Saint Lucie. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and sporting events, being an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Christopher Wheeler, Family Service Counselor
Christopher Wheeler was born and raised in St. Lucie County, FL. He is an insurance agent and a firefighter/paramedic with Osceola County Fire Rescue. His firefighting and paramedic experience, lead him to writing pre-need insurance, since Chris firmly believes everyone should prepare for the inevitable. He is caring and compassionate. Chris is married to Quinn Haisley, and is the loving father of Sawyer Hais and Rylan and pups, Marley and Magnolia.
Jacqueline Dunn, Funeral Director
Jacqueline was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and moved to Florida in 2011. She graduated in 2017 from St. Petersburg College with a degree in Funeral Services.
Jacqueline joined us in June of 2016 after working as an educator for 20 plus years. She lives in Jensen Beach with her 3 children and 2 dogs.
Kaelin Brock, Funeral Director
Kaelin Brock was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She went to Norwell High School and then received her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Mid – America College of Funeral Service. She later received her Bachelors in Funeral Service Management. Kaelin truly enjoys helping families in difficult times and her goal is to make families feel comfortable. She loves going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Katie Kisielewski, Exectutive Assistant/Bookkeeper
Katie is originally from southeastern Wisconsin and moved to the treasure coast in 2011. She has a background in accounting and just recently joined our team. She is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and loves animals.
Kasey Bell, Administrative Assistant
Kasey Bell is a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida. She graduated from Port Saint Lucie Highschool and later attended Indian River State College.
She is married to Deputy Travis Bell of the Saint Lucie County Sheriffs Office. They have 2 children, a son, Dawson and a daughter, Annalynne. She enjoys fishing, going to the beach and cooking.
After losing her father in 2017 at the young age of 22 she made it her goal to assist families in the process of grieving. In her words, “though it is sometimes impossible to make things easier in that precious time, we, at least, can be a small glimmer of light in a dark place”.
Kim Smiley, Director of Family Service
Kim Smiley has been working in the funeral business since 1983, and has been associated with Haisley Funeral Home since 2000. He strongly supports the Haisley motto of our family helping your family in your time of need. He is a dedicated father and committed to his profession.
Danny Babcock, Crematory Operator and Mortuary Transport Specialists
Danny was born and raised in the small town of Corry, PA. He moved to Florida in 1992 where he graduated from Palm Bay High School. He has been associated with Haisley Funeral Home since 2012. As our crematory operator and one of our mortuary transport specialists, Danny take great pride in providing caring and skillful services to our families during their time of need.
His prior career as a professional MMA fighter has earned him the nickname of "Muscles" from our staff. He continues his physical training by offering personal fitness training sessions at Gem's Fitness and Pilates Studio. He is a dedicated finace to Leany, and father of four to Derek, Alana, Trinity and Carina and his new puppy, Toby.
Gregg Hall, Funeral Director Intern
Gregg was born in Columbus, GA and moved to South Florida at the age of two. He graduated from Jupiter High School in Jupiter, FL. Immediately following graduation, he enlisted into the United States Navy where he served aboard the USS Nimitz. In 1985 he married the love of his life, Nora.
In 1986 after being honorably discharged from the Navy he and his wife settled in Port St. Lucie, FL. In 2003 they moved back to his wife's home state of Illinois where they took care of her mother that was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. While in Illinois Gregg received his Ordained Bishop Credentials and he and his wife co-pastored for over twenty years. Upon the passing of his mother-in-law they moved back to Port St. Lucie in the Spring of 2018.
He received his Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana in 2020. His goal is to be a Licensed Funeral Director/ Embalmer.
He is an avid Harley rider and enjoys collecting them as well. At last count he has four in his collection, but always has room for more. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his four beautiful grandchildren and his loving family. They all enjoy swimming and going to Disney on a regular basis. Gregg's proudest moment in life was when he earned the title of Papa.
Lacey Buxton, Aftercare Coordinator
Lacey is the aftercare coordinator for Haisley Funeral Home. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Lacey was born and raised in Fort Pierce, Florida. She is married to Tim Buxton, one of our funeral directors and they have two children.
Nora Hall, Funeral Director Intern and Pet Staff
Nora was born in Decatur, Illinois and raised in Bridgeport, Illinois where she graduated from Red Hill High School. In 1985 she married the love of her life, Gregg.
In 1988 she and her husband moved to Port St. Lucie, FL and began their life together. In 2003 they moved back to Illinois to take care of her mother that was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Upon the passing of her mother she decided become a funeral director. In the Spring of 2018, they moved back to the Port St. Lucie area.
She received her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana in 2020. Her goal is to become a Licensed Funeral Director. She has a heart for grieving people. She and her husband co-pastored alongside each other for over twenty years.
She is an avid Harley rider. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her four adorable grandchildren and her loving family. They all enjoy swimming and going to Disney on a regular basis. Nora's proudest moment in life was when she earned the title of Nana.
Stefani Tye, Secretary
Stefani is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami, FL and graduated from Dan McCarty High School, Ft. Pierce, FL. She was a legal secretary, first working for Judge Philip G. Nourse in his private practice for five years, the law firm of Sullivan & George for 15 years in Danbury, CT, and returned to Ft. Pierce to marry Judge William G. Tye and became his secretary when he returned to private practice.
Stefani has been a member of the Haisley Funeral Home team for the past 10 years, working part-time in the office. She lives in St. Lucie Village with her three cats and Rottweiler dog, is a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church and is an active member of the Pilot Club of St. Lucie County.
Kelly Serafini, Director of Environmental Services/Pet Services
Kelly is a native of Chicago but has resided in Saint Lucie County for more than 25 years. He is a graduate of John Carroll High School in Fort Pierce and from Indian River State College.
In his free time, Kelly enjoys hunting and sporting events.
Marley Pierce Haisley-Wheeler, Executive Cuddler
Marley Pierce is Haisley's Therapy Pup. He is a mixed breed beauty. Marley has been on the job since he was 7 weeks old and greets families and friends on a daily basis at the main location in Fort Pierce. He is a licker, so watch your toes!
