Mr. Irby was born in Scotland, GA and moved to Ft. Pierce 37 years ago from Winter Haven, FL.
He was the manager of East Coast Packers in Ft. Pierce for 20 years, was a Deacon with the Southern Baptist Church, and an avid Gator fan.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-laws, Paul & Debby Irby of Hawkinsville, GA, David & Darlene Irby of Vero Beach, FL, and Steve and Nancy Irby of Ft. Pierce, FL; grandchildren, William Irby, Kimberly Irby, Kristen Irby, Kenna Tillman, Paul Irby, and Katherine Irby; and two great-grandchildren; he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Nell Irby.
