Willa Rowe Millard, 86, died June 9, 2025 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mrs. Millard was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on June 25, 1938 to Victor & Geneva Rowe.

Willa graduated from Dan McCarty High School and attended Pikeville Presbyterian College. She enjoyed crafting with her sisters, Sophie, Pat and Jenny.

Survivors include her children, Warren Millard (Angela) and Melissa Myers (Cliff); grandchildren, Carter Myers (Katie), Hayley Myers-Davis (Tyler), Tyler Millard (Emily), Parker Myers, and Hannah Millard; great-grandchild, Colter Myers; sisters, Sophia Rowe, Patricia Hill, and Virginia Roberts and brother, Victor and Cheri Rowe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren F. Millard, Jr. and parents, Victor & Geneva Rowe.

Services: A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at White City Cemetery.
