Survivors include her mother, Maribelle Riggs of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Elizabeth Spinner of Fort Pierce, FL; nephew, David Martin of Fort Pierce, FL and cousin, Kim Cotant of St. Cloud, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Riggs.
