Tommy Earl Jinks, 59, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026, in Stuart, Florida.

Tommy was born on April 15, 1967, in Sumter, South Carolina, to Henry and Nadia Jinks. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend whose greatest joy in life was his family.

Tommy shared 37 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, Amy Jinks. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. In 2017, they made Fort Pierce, Florida, their home, where they continued creating treasured memories with their children and grandchildren.

A dedicated lineman by trade, Tommy was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to help others. Outside of work, he enjoyed traveling and making the most of every opportunity to spend time with those he loved. Whether it was a family vacation, a backyard gathering, or simply sharing stories with his grandchildren, Tommy's happiest moments were those spent surrounded by family.

Known affectionately as "Poppy," Tommy adored his grandchildren and cherished every moment he spent with them. His love, guidance, and playful spirit will remain a lasting gift in their lives. To his family, he was simply the best Poppy anyone could have asked for.

Tommy is survived by his beloved wife, Amy Jinks of Fort Pierce, Florida; his son, Coty (Olivia) Jinks of Fort Pierce; his daughter, Morgan (Greyson) Hall of Fort Pierce; his son, Spencer (Kendyl) Jinks of Fort Pierce; his cherished grandchildren, Ryder, Brooklyn, and Everly; his parents, Henry and Nadia Jinks of Louisiana; and his brother, Steve (Kim) Jinks of Louisiana, and sister, Terri (Greg) Rundell of Texas.

A Celebration of Tommy's Life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Florida.

Tommy's legacy of hard work, unconditional love, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, the memories he created and the love he shared will continue to bring comfort to those who were blessed to call him husband, dad, Poppy, son, brother, and friend.
