Thomas Graham Talbert of Fort Pierce, Florida, was born on October 19, 1949, in Hartsville, South Carolina, and passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, at the age of 75, after a hard-fought battle with metastatic prostate cancer.

Thomas was the beloved son of the late Ollie Talbert and Lucille Brown Talbert. He was preceded in death by his brother Billy Talbert; his sister Ruth Talbert Ghoens; and his sister Frankie Lee and her husband, Lawrence Geddings. He was also preceded in death by his nephew, Farrell Talbert Jr.

He is survived by his loving siblings: Farrell Talbert (Patricia Shabareck), Lester Talbert (Belinda), and Ronnie Talbert (Sybil); brother-in-law, Fleming Ghoens.

He was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews who will carry on his memory, including:

Thomas was a long-time resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, having made it his home since 1977. He was the proud owner of Southeast Aluminum for over 30 years. He had a deep love for music, fishing, and the New York Yankees. His golden retriever, Jake, was his constant companion. Thomas found great joy in opening his home to family and friends, and he was known for his generosity and welcoming spirit. He was also an avid car collector and could often be found talking shop or admiring classic models.

He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, including his lifelong best friend, Franco.

Thomas will be remembered for his quiet strength, deep love for family, and the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM at White City Cemetery.
