Thomas Christopher Keane, Sr., 85, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away on May 6, 2025.
Born on May 15, 1939, in the Bronx, New York, Tom moved to Florida in 1957, where he built a life rooted in hard work, family, and community. For 56 years, he proudly owned and operated Ft. Pierce Auto Refinishing—a business that was far more than a job to him; it was his passion and life's work.
Tom cherished vacations in Tennessee, had a deep love for baseball, and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his beloved granddaughter, Emma. A true car enthusiast, he also had a special fondness for his Corvette.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Nancy Keane; his children, Thomas Keane, Jr. and Darlene (Robert) Podvin; his grandchildren, Emma Keane, Blake Parsons, Jordan Parsons, Brittany Smith, and Brian Clark; his dear friend, Jimmy Fisher; his brother, Edward Keane; and his sisters, Winifred Maxwell and Arlene Boykin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas J. and Winifred Keane, and his brother, William Keane.
