Steve Shepherd

Steve Shepherd, 68, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully.

Born on June 3, 1958, in Fleming-Neon, Kentucky, Steve was the son of Fred and Marie Shepherd. He later made Fort Pierce, Florida, his home.

Steve dedicated 39 years of his life to Loving Care Child Development Center, where he was known for his kindness, dependability, and genuine care for the children, families, and coworkers whose lives he touched.

In his free time, Steve enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling, and, above all, spending time with his family.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Shepherd; his brother, Roy (Joy) Shepherd; his daughters, Angela (Brian) Jemison and Alicia Shepherd; his grandchildren, Jakob Warren, Ariana Jemison, and Anna Bella Warren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Marie Shepherd, and his sisters, Teresa Reed and Patricia Tackett.
