Shirley June Calvano, age 90, died on June 14, 2009 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Chicago, IL and moved to this area in 1987, coming from Greenwich, CT.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ernest Calvano of Port St. Lucie; her daughter, Pamela Calvano of St. Joseph, MI; her sons, Michael Calvano of Jakarta, Indonesia, Steve Calvano of Princeton, NJ; her sister, Dorothy Somers of Port St. Lucie, FL; and 4 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: Hibiscus Children’s Center, 2400 NE Dixie Highway, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, June 19 at 10:00 AM, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie.
