Sarah Jane Elizabeth McKenzie

Sarah Jane Elizabeth McKenzie, 87, passed away on July 29, 2025, in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Born in Portland, Jamaica, Sarah later moved to New York, where she graduated from Hunter College and began a successful career with Merrill Lynch. In her later years, she relocated to Florida to be near her brother, Edwin.

Sarah was a devoted member of Anchor Point UPC in Vero Beach, Florida. She enjoyed shopping, watching tennis, and listening to music.

She is survived by her beloved child, S. Sage Calloway of California; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest McKenzie; her sisters, Nellie, Shirley, Glorida, and Ruth; and her brothers, Arthur, Dan, William, Edwin, and Leonard.

Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
