Roseanne Hernandez, 60, of Vero Beach, was the heart of her family, a beacon of light to all she knew, and the glue that held everyone together. A wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a grandma and a friend. To know Roseanne was to know love. Real unconditional love shown through her actions, her words, and her presence.
Her world revolved around her “boys” as she affectionately called them- her husband, Luis and her two sons, Luie and Mikey - whom she loved fiercely and without hesitation. She was their biggest supporter and their constant. Roseanne also found joy in spending time with her granddaughter, Iris. Whether it was through time spent in the pool, assisting with homework, or just sneaking extra snacks. Nothing brought her more happiness than time spent together with family laughing, talking, and simply being present.
Whether she showed her love through a delicious home cooked meal, hosting a family gathering, or through a warm embrace, you could always count on feeling surrounded by the comfort that she provided everyone around her.
Our Roseanne had a special way of making everyone feel loved and at home. Her presence filled every room, and her absence leaves a space that can never be replaced. We will miss her voice, her laugh, her cooking, her advice, and most of all, her love.
Survivors include her husband, Luis Hernandez of Vero Beach, FL; sons, Luis (Emily King) Hernandez II and Michael Hernandez both of Vero Beach, FL; brothers, Joseph (Marilyn) Spano of Boca Raton, FL and Mark (Lillian) Spano of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Loretta (Mike DeReivera) Spano of Lakeland, FL, Debra (Edward) Mahoney of Port St. Lucie, FL, Christina Manowitz of Melbourne, FL, and Amy (Jake) Conrad of Wyoming; mother, Helen Spano; grandchild, Iris Caswell. Though we are devastated by this loss, we are forever grateful for the life we shared with her and the love she gave so freely. She will live on in our hearts, our memories, and in the family she loved so deeply.
We love you always and forever.
