Raquel Negron, born on September 14, 1935, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, in Fort Pierce, Florida. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Raquel was a woman who embraced life fully. She had a deep love for travel and found great joy in exploring new places while also reconnecting with those that held special meaning to her. Her most recent journey took her back home to her beloved hometown in Puerto Rico—a trip she held close to her heart and truly treasured.
She is survived by her loving family, including her five beautiful children: Grisel, Roberto, Isabel, Edna, and Ivette. She was also a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren, a great-grandmother to 26 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandmother to 6 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Raquel shared her life with two husbands over the years, with each chapter shaping her story in its own unique way.
She will be remembered for her warmth, her adventurous spirit, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Raquel will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Visitation will be held at The Haisley Tribute Center, 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd., Port St. Lucie, Florida 34984, on April 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a Service immediately following at 12:00 pm.
