Patricia Porter Corrigan

Patricia Porter Corrigan, affectionately known as “Pat Pat”, 94, passed away peacefully at home on November 22, 2025, surrounded by family in Vero Beach, Florida.

Pat Pat was born on August 3rd, 1931 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to James and Imogene Porter. She moved to Russell, Kansas in her teenage years and then went on to attend Kansas State University. There, she became a proud member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. While attending the University, she met and later married J. Pat Corrigan who was stationed in Kansas while serving in the army. They made Vero Beach their home where Pat Pat enjoyed raising her family, church, tennis, being a member of the Vero Beach Garden Club, and all of her friends.

She is survived by her husband, J.Pat Corrigan; her children, Christie, Tad, and Dan Corrigan; her daughter-in-law, Kristy Corrigan; and her grandchildren, Pat, Jackson, Jacob, and Olivia Corrigan.

The family would to like extend heartfelt appreciation to Kathy Duerr, Pat Pat’s caregiver, for her compassionate care and support.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Vero Beach Garden Club or Vero Bible Fellowship.

A service will be held on Monday, December 15th at 11:00 am at Vero Bible Fellowship, 2355 82nd Ave. Vero Beach, Florida. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach for family members only.
