Michael Edward Jacquin, Jr., 20, passed away on February 3, 2026 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Michael was born on July 25, 2005 in Fort Pierce, Florida to Michael E. Jacquin and Lori Elaine Grugel.
Michael was full of life, laughter, and personality. He was truly starting to blossom into his own and discover who he was. In recent years, he found a passion for motorcycles which brought him joy, peace, and a sense of freedom. When he wasn’t cruising the open road with his big brother, Brett and dad, Michael cherished time hitting mud holes on a four-wheeler, time on the water with his mom on his boat, Chicken Strip, and playing on his computer gaming with friends.
Michael had a natural sense of humor. He loved to sing, dance, and even tried his hand at playing the piano. As a child, Michael couldn’t stand loud music, but once he got his truck, installing a sound system went straight to the top of his priorities. Everyone knew it was Michael pulling in before they even saw his truck (BOOM BOOM BOOM).
Michael was always down for a good adventure. For many years he would go down to Marathon Florida where the Jacquin family spent a lot of time and made unforgettable memories fishing and lobstering. One of those memories was when Michael completed his driving course at 16 in a 12-passenger van.
Michael had a very gentle spirit, when he was handed a baby that was fussy, the baby would instantly calm. We would laugh and say they both understood that neither of them had any idea what they were doing.
Above all, Michael had a big heart. He loved his mom with everything he had. He was proudly known as “Baby”, his mother’s baby forever. He was always willing to lend a hand and carried himself as a true gentleman.
Michael’s joyful spirit, humor, quirkiness, and love for Chick-fil-a will be remembered forever by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.
He was eager to start his career in the construction business by joining his father and family as the 4th generation of Jacquin & Sons Construction.
