Mattie L. Turner, 78, passed away on July 8, 2016 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Turner was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
She was an LPN for 21 years at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital/Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Hospice of the Treasure Coast. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and shopping.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Willie A. Turner of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Felecia R. Turner, Sybrena L. Turner, and Rowena D. Hashoush all of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Stacy T. (Tonya) Turner of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Berneice Donaldson of Hyannis, MA; brother, John Mack of West Palm Beach, FL; 9 grandchildren, including Kimberly Turner, the first grandchild; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 12-1 PM with a service to follow at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
