Marlene Langston, 90, passed away on January 7, 2023 in Stuart, Florida.

Mrs. Langston was born in Woodburn, Indiana and resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Garden Club of Fort Pierce for 40 years. She loved spending time with her family, sewing, fishing, hunting, playing cards, baking, listening to music, gardening, and growing her own vegetables. She used to love dressing up as Mrs. Clause and go to nursing homes and give out gifts. She also sewed costumes for Carol Haid Dance Studios for 30 years.

Survivors include her sons, Jesse (Fai) of Georgia and Dennis (Paula) of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Fred (Phyllis) of Tennessee; grandchildren, Sara of Florida and Stephani (Dwane) of Tennessee, Jason of West Palm Beach; great-grandchildren, Savanna, Brandan, Dylan, Dustin, and Cody; one great-great-grandchild on the way; nieces, Jodie, Valerie and Denise; 4 great-nieces and nephews; 10 great-great-nieces and nephews; 7 great-great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Jellison and Louise, husband, Herbert Langston, sister, Carla Lauwe, and brother, Joe Jellison.

An inurnment will take place on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
