Streeter of Fort Pierce, FL; her daughter, Ava Jane Forsythe of Fort Pierce, FL; her brother, Jesse Blair of Knoxville, TN; her sister, Peggy Hass of Rising Sun, MD; and 6 grandchildren, Jason, Christy, Shane, Kayla, Angela and Audrieanna.
