Linda Eprifania, age 59, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2026.
Born on July 26, 1967, in Brooklyn, New York, Linda later moved to Florida, where she attended Fort Pierce Central High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barry University. She dedicated much of her professional life to public service, working with both the State of Florida and the City of Port St. Lucie Police Department.
Linda found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved tending to her garden, baking for loved ones, shopping, and taking pristine care of her home. Above all, she cherished the time spent going to lunch with friends and doting on her beloved dog, Bentley. Her warmth, dedication, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Linda was predeceased by her loving mother, MaryAnn Eprifania. She is survived by her devoted family: her father, Anthony Eprifania of Port St. Lucie, FL; her sister, Donna Eprifania of Port St. Lucie, FL; her sister, Lorie Gerstemeier and her husband Gary of Apopka, FL; her nephews, Jeffrey Edwards of Port St. Lucie, FL, Tyler Gerstemeier and his wife Taylor of Sorrento, FL, and Christopher Gerstemeier of Jacksonville, FL; her niece, Nicole Edwards of Port St. Lucie, FL; her cherished great-niece, Charlotte Edwards; and her dear great-nephews, Kacen and Cooper Gerstemeier.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Linda’s honor to Dogs and Cats Forever in Fort Pierce, Florida, to celebrate her deep love for animals.
