Lillie Mae Eastwood, 80, of Fort Pierce, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2025. She was born on December 31, 1944, in Brookville, Florida, to the late Louis Gordon Meyer and Katie Corine (Parker) Meyer.
Lillie spent her early years in Dade City before moving to Fort Pierce in 1958. She was a proud graduate of Dan McCarty High School, Class of 1962. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Lillie’s heart was truly bigger than life.
Her strong faith defined her—she was a member of the Church of Christ and a devoted Christian who lived by example. She found joy in reading, watching NASCAR and football—especially cheering on her beloved Miami Dolphins—and traveling to new places.
Professionally, Lillie excelled in the banking and business world. She began her career with Dave Wilber Insurance before becoming Vice President of Florida National Bank. Following her retirement, she continued her leadership by managing her husband’s businesses, including Suntech Distributors, Sun Carbonics, and Eastwood Enterprises.
Lillie was not only a business leader but also a pillar in her community. She served as President of the Banking Association, was active with the Chamber of Commerce, and supported the March of Dimes. She was a Worthy Matron of Eastern Star Chapter 7 and a dedicated Rainbow Girls Mother.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jerry Eastwood of Fort Pierce, FL; her daughter, Kathy (Robert) Hawley of Fort Pierce, FL; her son, Robert (Sandra) Lee of Fort Pierce, FL; her stepson, David Eastwood of Winter Haven, FL; her stepdaughters, Christie Lee Eastwood of Marion, KY, and Stacey Lynn Glover of Uniontown, MD; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Lillie was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Onyx Burke; and her brother, James Meyer.
Lillie Mae Eastwood will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her dedication to her family and community, and her boundless love that touched all who knew her.
