Lauren Dorland Sheridan-Greenberg passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025, in Fort Pierce, Florida, surrounded by love. She was born on April 12, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois, to William and Arlene Tetsworth.

Lauren lived a vibrant and creative life. While residing in New York, she embraced her artistic spirit as both an actress and a model. Later, she made her home in St. Lucie County, Florida, where she pursued her passion for early childhood education as a dance and movement specialist for Pre-K students. Her joy and energy inspired countless young lives.

A true patron of the arts, Lauren found beauty in everyday moments and cherished her roles as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her warmth, grace, and lively spirit left an impression on all who knew her.

Lauren is survived by her devoted husband, Mark Greenberg of Fort Pierce, FL; her beloved daughters, Chelsa Greenberg of Fort Pierce, FL, and Dr. Day Whitney Greenberg of Indianapolis, IN; and one precious grandchild who brought her endless joy. She also leaves behind her loving siblings: sisters Leilani Norton, Kristin Tetsworth, and Lisa Parkulo; brothers Bill Tetsworth, Dr. Kevin Tetsworth, Virgil Tetsworth, and Mark Tetsworth.

She was preceded in death by her cherished son, Matthew Kellin Greenberg, and her parents, William and Arlene Tetsworth.

Lauren's life was a beautiful dance — full of movement, meaning, and deep connection. She will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.

A visitation will be held at Haisley Funeral Home 3015 Okeechobee Rd. Fort Pierce, FL 34947 Friday, August 1, 2025 at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at St Anastasia Catholic Church 407 S 33rd St, Fort Pierce, FL 34947 at 10:00 AM.
