Mr. Blagg was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.

He graduated from Zion Benton High School, Class of ’73. 

Survivors include his brother, Harold Blagg of Lakewood, WA and sister, Patricia Johnson of Melbourne, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Mary Blagg and brothers, Bill & Tom Blagg.
