Kent Douglas Terry

Kent Douglas Terry, 72, passed away on May 2, 2026, in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mr. Terry was born on June 27, 1953, in Buffalo, New York, to Gordon and Helen Terry. He later made Fort Pierce, Florida his home. Kent enjoyed an active life and had a passion for fishing, golfing, running track, racing, and football. He found great joy in spending time outdoors and sharing those moments with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Luana Terry; his cherished grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Hayley Smith, Ashley White, Branden Simms, Aaron Simms, and Lexi Decara; his great-grandchild, Peyton White; his son-in-law, William Surber; his sister, Seinna Brown; and his brother, Rainbow Rider.

Kent was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Surber; his parents, Gordon and Helen Terry; and his brother, Dane Terry.
