Kattia Armstrong Kattia Armstrong, 52, passed away on June 26, 2025, in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Armstrong was born on May 31, 1973, in Haiti to Jamil Rosier and Rose Casimir. She moved to the United States and graduated from South Shore High School in Brooklyn, New York. Kattia worked at Home Depot.
Kattia had a deep passion for life and brought joy and style into everything she did. She loved shopping, traveling, and going on cruises. A gifted cook, she was known for preparing delicious and healthy meals for her family. Her love for interior design and home decorating reflected her natural creativity and impeccable taste. Organized and detail-oriented, Kattia balanced strength with gentleness, always offering kindness and a listening ear. Above all, she was fiercely devoted to her family—especially her two sons—whom she loved deeply. She was a proud mother, a loyal daughter, a loving sister, and a dependable friend with a generous heart.
Survivors include her beloved sons, Nicholas and Noah Armstrong; her parents, Jamil Rosier and Rose Casimir; siblings, Marjorie (Stylianos) Mikellides of Queens, NY, Diery (Michele) Rosier of Queens, NY, Beatrice Rosier of Colorado, Jessica (Gabriel) Charmant of Tennessee, and Joany Rosier of Brooklyn, NY, and Peguy Rosier of PA; best friend, Claude (Jason Levy) Grazioli of Brooklyn, NY; goddaughters, Kira Levy and Serafina Grazioli; and many cherished nieces and nephews: Alexia, Neo, Theo, Johnathan, Brendon, Marcus, Tatiana, Malcolm, and Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a service to follow at 12:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
