Judith "Judy" Ann Finnan

Judith “Judy” Ann Finnan, 75, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away surrounded by love. Born in Camden, New Jersey. She moved to Florida at the age of 18, where she built a life filled with creativity, family, and warmth. 

Judy loved quilting and created many beautiful quilts that will continue to wrap her loved ones in her memory. She was proud to be part of the first graduating class of The Women’s Program at IRCC, a milestone that reflected her determination and strength. 

She was known for her wonderful, sarcastic sense of humor, something she kept until the very end. Beneath that wit was a kind, loving heart that touched everyone around her. 

Judy is survived by her daughter and Son-In-Law, Carol Finnan Walters and Jeff Walters, two grandsons and their spouses, Zachary Walters and Charline Graham-Walters and Ryan and Valdis Seren-Walters; her brothers, Scott Roser Sr. and Stan Roser Jr.; as well as many nieces, nephews, and their extended families. She also leaves behind lifelong friends who loved her dearly and brought joy, support, and companionship throughout her life. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Stan Roser, Sr. and Anne Roser; her sister, Carol Nuss; and her father’s wife, Rita, who was a cherished part of the family and passed before Judy. I am proud to be her daughter.
