Joyce A. Calabrese, 82 of Plum Borough, PA and Port St. Lucie, FL, transitioned to her eternal life on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

Joyce was born on December 20, 1941 in Punxsutawney, PA, the daughter of the late Claude and Mary (Jordan) Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Calabrese, Ed.D and two beloved grandsons, James and Joseph Pratt.

Over her professional career, Joyce worked as a secretary in various positions around the Plum area. She was an avid reader and cross-stitcher. She took up golf later in life and enjoyed the comradery at the St. James Golf Club.

Joyce is survived by her daughter Jamie Calabrese, MD, granddaughters Stella Pratt, Esq. and Lillian Pratt, and nephew Richard (and Ann) Smith.

Per Joyce’s wishes, there will be no services.
