Jose Armando Gomez Arres, 72, died March 28, 2023 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Mr. Gomez was born in Mexico and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.

He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, boxing, being outdoors, Tequila, ranch style life, dancing, cookouts, and his grandchildren. 

Survivors include wife, Estela Camargo Benites; parents, Tomas Gomez Ruiz and Juana Arres Moncada; children, Miguel Gomez, Carlos Gomez, Marisol Gomez, Armando Gomez, Teresa Castillo Gomez, Richard Gomez, Kathleen Mojica Gomez, and Daniela Armendariz; 22 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Maria Elena Linares-Gomez, Jose Leonardo Gomez Arres and Gloria Pinon Gomez. He was preceded in death by Salud Gomez Arres, Imelda Gomez Arres, Ramiro Gomez Arres, Jose Eugenio Gomez Arres, Agustin Gomez Arres, and Graciela Linares Gomez.

Services:  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A service will follow at 1:00 PM at Juan Diego Center, Fort Pierce.  Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
