Janice M. (Herndon) Swope

Janice M. (Herndon) Swope, age 66, ret. Publix employee and Aerospace Assembly Mechanic passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

Janice was born on Saturday, November 09, 1957 in Miami, Florida. She was the first of five children born to Harry and Angela (Clausen) Herndon. She attended South Miami Senior High where she was a flag girl in the marching band.

Preceded in death by parents, Harry Herndon and Angela (Clausen) Herndon. Survivors: husband, Terry Swope of Fort Pierce, daughter, Michelle (Glen) Puicon of Miami; son, Ricky (Megan) Frazier of Port Saint Lucie; brothers, Micheal Herndon of Tampa, Jim (Marie) Herndon of Miami; sisters, Joyce Freire of Miami, Jessica Wunderlich of Fort Pierce; grandchildren; Christina Szybinski, Gabriela and Gianna Puicon, Carlee and Greyson Frazier, countless nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at White City Cemetery, Fort Pierce.
