Mr. Culbertson was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.

James enjoyed going to the beach, art drawing, listening to music, and loved his family.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley Culbertson of Fort Pierce, FL; mother, Judith Talley of Port St. Lucie, Florida; sister, Kelly Talley of Kissimmee, FL; brothers, Shannon Culbertson, and David Talley both of Fort Pierce, FL; father, James David Culbertson of Mount Vernon, GA; daughters, Jessica Culbertson of Apopka, FL, Tayiah Culbertson of Fort Pierce, FL and Yesenia Culbertson of West Palm Beach, FL; sons, James Culbertson, Jr. of Apopka, FL and Tayton Culbertson of Fort Pierce, FL.

Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 PM with a service to follow at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery, Fort Pierce.
