Blanco was an incredible man, he was a family loving, kind-hearted person. He loved to take leisure walks, sports, gardening, and watching the CNN news.

He was born to parents, Raphael Jacob and Lucita Jacques on April 17, 1959 in Limonade, Haiti.  He migrated to the United States in the late 1980’s to seek the great American dream.   In the pursuit of such marvelous wonder, he met his lovely wife, Martine Jacques with whom he was married to for 26 years. They have three wonderful children. Blanco worked tirelessly to support his family.

Blanco worked at Welch Sugar Cane Company in Haiti, drove for Haitian Superband Septentrional, and worked for Best Industries Company

Blanco worked as a welder for over 30 years.  Blanco became ill two years ago, he fought courageously to defeat this malice. Unfortunately, on the 29th day of March 2024 Harold succumbed to the illness at Lawnwood Regional.  God’s angels carried him to the Divine Father.

The Jacques family would like to extend their condolences to all those affected by this tremendous and tragic loss.

Do Remember God is in full control.
