Glorious “Gloria” Wilburn passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Sandgate Garden Rehab & Nursing Center in Fort Pierce. She was born on Wednesday, February 2, 1949 in Belle Glade, Florida to parents Dock Wilburn and Martha Coe Wilburn.

Gloria was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, spending her early childhood in Dr. Benton Quarters.

She received her basic education in the public schools of St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties. Later returning back to Fort Pierce, where she was a domestic homemaker.

To everything there is a season, and a time

To every purpose under the heavens

A time to be born and a time to die.

Those left to cherish her memories are sisters, Barbara Jean Wilburn Rochester of Fort Pierce, FL and Sandra Wilburn of Orlando, FL; niece, LaShawn Wilburn of Quitman, GA; and nephews, Bryant Wilburn of Fort Pierce, FL, Arden (Pugg) Rochester of Atlanta, GA and Demetrius Wilburn & Jarod Culver both of Orlando, FL; Special cousin, Pastor Evelyn Gibbs of Blountstown, FL; special friend, Leroy Ford of Ft Pierce, FL; and a host of cousins in the Ft Pierce, Palm Beach, Pompano, Ft. Lauderdale, Blountstown, and Grand Ridge areas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dock Wilburn, mother, Martha Coe Wilburn, brother, Dock Wilburn, Jr., and sister, Gloretha Annette Knowles.

Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 10:00-11:00 AM and a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
