Geraldine "Jerry" Snyder

Geraldine “Jerry” Snyder passed away on July 21, 2026 at the age of 90.

Jerry is predeceased by her husband Don and mother Gladys. She is survived by her son Russ, and her sisters Bertie, Jackie, and Char.

She is lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and extended family. She was a strong woman who will be especially remembered for her determination, caring spirit, and gentle heart.

Jerry was born in Middleville, NY on March 6, 1936. She graduated from Cortland State Teachers College in 1956 with a Master’s Degree in Education and taught school in St. Lucie County for 30 years.

The service will be held at Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947 on Friday, July 31, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:30am with services at 11:30am. Burial will immediately follow at White City Cemetery located at 3800 Sunrise Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL.
