Worthington, 79, died August 18, 2005.Mr. Worthington was a resident of Riverhead, NY.He retired from Hazeltine Corporation, Greenlawn, NY.He was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church, Riverhead, NY and of the Society of St. Andrew.George was the beloved brother of Marjorie A. Iberger of Ft. Pierce, FL, other survivors include his four nieces and nephews and their children.
