Fran lived a life rich in love and faith. Born with a heart full of compassion and a spirit of adventure, she embraced every moment. Fran's journey took her across cities and continents, each chapter filled with love and purpose. From her early days in Richmond, VA, to Raleigh, NC, to Katonah, NY, to Tokyo, Japan, to Milton, FL, Fort Pierce, FL, and finally settling in Port St. Lucie, FL, Fran touched countless lives with her warmth and kindness.

Professionally, Fran pursued her dream of becoming a nurse, graduating from Westchester Community College in 1985 where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. She was a dedicated Registered Nurse (R.N.), pouring her heart into caring for others. Whether it was advocating for her patients or lending a comforting hand, Fran's compassion knew no bounds. Beyond her career, Fran found joy in being active and involved. She took many trips to visit family and help care for her grandbabies. And she was ever ready to lend a hand, engage in conversation, or embark on adventures like gardening, bike rides. and paddleboarding. With her characteristic spirit of determination, she tackled many a challenge. Her zest for life was infectious, and she cherished every moment.
