Edward Verschueren, 78 of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on November 15, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 3, 1947, in Oceanside, New York.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Louise and his brothers, Ferdinand and Joseph.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, Ed remained immensely proud of his service to his country during a time of armed conflict. He loved watching sports, especially soccer, painting, making furniture, and enjoyed fishing regardless of location. Ed was also a “big fan” of plumbing.

Ed is survived by his wife, Tracey Verschueren of the home; his sons James (Teresa) of Williamsburg, Virginia, Brian of San Francisco, California, Joseph (Laura) of Castle Rock, Colorado; five grandchildren, and countless friends who will miss him deeply.

Arrangements, including a Celebration of Ed’s life will be limited to family only.
