Dominic is survived by his parents, Dominic & Kate Siano of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Sophia Grace Siano of Port St. Lucie, FL; maternal grandparents, John & Susie Sullivan of Alexandria, VA, and Cathy & Mike McCarthy of Arlington, VA; paternal grandparents, Dominic & Kathy Siano of Fort Pierce, FL; maternal great-grandmother, Caroline Sullivan of Virginia.
Memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 341 N. Maitland Avenue, Suite 115, Maitland, FL 32751.
Services: A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church.
