Domenica Spataro, 74, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away November 24, 2022.
Domenica “Mimma” Spataro, was born in Termini Imerese, Sicily, Italy to Antonio and Rosina Arena on April 2, 1948. She married Giovanni Spataro April 20th, 1968.
Mimma, was married for 51 years and had three sons and five grandsons. Sundays, Mimma loved to get the family together and cook for all of them. She, also, cherished her many friendships she developed over the years.
Mimma is survived by her son, Rob and wife, Dina-Marie Spataro; grandsons, Nicholas and John all of North Carolina; son, Anthony and wife, Vanessa Spataro; grandsons, Jordan, Giovanni, & Andrew, all of Port St Lucie, FL; brother Peter and wife, Angela Arena; along with niece, Lauren all of New York. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Giovanni, June 5th, 2019 and son, John Spataro who perished on 9/11.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 4PM to 7PM with a Wake service at 5:30PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday December 1, 2022, at 10AM at St Bernadette Catholic Church 350 NW California Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. Burial will follow at Rolling Oaks Cemetery.
