Obituary

Diane Saelinger passed away on September 11, 2026 surrounded by her family.

Diane was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, business owner, friend, and caretaker whose life was defined by love, adventure, and the many people whose lives she touched.

Born in New Jersey and later making her home in Boca Raton, Florida, Diane built a beautiful life with her husband, Craig Saelinger. Together, Diane and Craig shared 44 years of marriage, creating a lasting partnership filled with family, memories, and countless adventures. They were blessed with two children and four grandchildren, who brought Diane immense joy and pride.

Diane had a deep love for the ocean and spent many happy days on the water. She was an avid boater and angler and especially enjoyed taking trips to the Bahamas. Whether she was out on the water, enjoying the sunshine, or simply spending time with the people she loved, Diane knew how to appreciate life’s special moments.

Her adventurous spirit extended far beyond the ocean. Diane enjoyed motorcycles and loved exploring the mountains, where she embraced the excitement of riding ATVs through the beautiful mountains. She had a fearless and fun-loving side that made every adventure memorable.

But perhaps Diane’s greatest gift was the care she gave to others. She was a natural caretaker, not only for her own family, but for many people who were fortunate enough to have her in their lives. She was someone others could depend on, someone who gave her time, her heart, and her support freely. Through her kindness, compassion, and genuine friendship, Diane touched many lives.

Diane was also a devoted dog lover, and her beloved dog, Lyric, held a very special place in her heart. Her love for animals was another reflection of the warmth and tenderness she carried with her throughout her life.

To those who knew Diane, she was more than a wife, mother, grandmother, or friend. She was a source of strength, love, laughter, and adventure. She created lasting memories wherever she went and left an impression on the hearts of countless people.

Survivors include her husband, Craig Saelinger; son, Jonathan (Laura) Saelinger and their daughter, Valentina; daughter, Melissa (Travis) O’Neal and their children, Bryce, Eleanor, and Barrett.

Diane’s legacy lives on through her husband, her children, her grandchildren, her family, her friends, and all those whose lives she touched. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the adventures she shared, the people she cared for, and the joy she brought into the lives around her.

Her love, her spirit, and her memory will remain forever.
