Survivors include his daughters, Alexus Avery and Brittany Avery both of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; mother, Joann Avery of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Cynthia Avery-Woodfield of Miami, FL and companion, Christie Avery.
Burial will take place in Newbern Cemetery in Newbern, Virginia.
