Carol Williams Bass Selph, 77, passed away on June 8, 2024 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mrs. Selph was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.

Carol was a beautician and a childcare worker. She also volunteered as a Pink Lady at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. One of her favorite pastime memories was spending the summers as a child in Glennville, Georgia with her sister, Patsy, at their grandparent’s house. 

Survivors include her daughter, Michele Bass Hughes and husband Jeff of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Robert “Bobby” Bass, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL; daughter, Cristal Jones of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Duarte, Jamie Duarte, Bailey Hughes Holmes, Meegan Hughes, Alissa Bass Sefko, Rebecca Bass, William Bass, Jessica Conklin, Olivia Conklin; siblings, Patricia M. “Patsy” Rentz Selph, Lori M. Tissue Music, Ronnie and Diane Tissue, Debbie Rivers, Vicki Miller, Robin Groome, Terrie Cassidy, John “Danny” Groome. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Selph, mother, Wanda Rentz Masocco, father, Fairy Williams, and brothers, Jeffrey Tissue and Brian Tissue.

Carol will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.
