January 27, 1993 — June 5, 2026

Port St. Lucie

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carlos Antonio Oquendo-Santos, affectionately known to family and friends as Charles Vayne, C-10 Grime, Carlitos, Uncle, and Caos. Carlos passed away on June 5, 2026, in Stuart, Florida, at the age of 33.

Born on January 27, 1993, in Brooklyn, New York, Carlos brought joy, laughter, and a unique spirit to everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. He later made Florida his home, where he built lasting friendships and created cherished memories with family and loved ones.

Carlos attended St. Lucie West Centennial High School in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and continued his education at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida. He was known for his vibrant personality, creativity, and loyalty to those he cared about.

Among his greatest passions were fishing and gaming. Whether casting a line on a quiet day by the water or spending time immersed in his favorite games, Carlos found happiness in the simple moments and enjoyed sharing those experiences with others. His enthusiasm, humor, and unmistakable presence left a lasting impression on everyone around him.

Carlos is survived by his loving mother, brother, and sister of Florida; his aunt, uncle, and cousins of Massachusetts; and many friends and extended family members who will forever treasure his memory. He was a devoted son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend whose love and companionship enriched the lives of those around him.

Though his time with us was far too short, Carlos's memory will continue to live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

May he rest in peace.
