Anthony Charles Guccione
Anthony “Charlie” Charles Guccione, 93, died July 4, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Guccione was born in New Rochelle, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 1975 coming from Pelham, New York. Charlie retired from the Pelham, New York Police Department in 1975 and then from Florida Power & Light in 1994. He was a member of the F.O.P. Lodge #41, 32nd Degree Mason. He donated time to the Salvation Army, served the Lord, enjoyed camping, gardening, afternoon strolls with his dog, Teddy, and truly enjoyed being with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Guccione of Fort Pierce, FL; children, Frank (Connie) Guccione of Mayo, FL, Charles D. Guccione of Stuart, FL, Christina (Jeff) DeFreese of Daytona Beach, FL, and Virginia Guccione of Palm City, FL; stepchildren, Cole (Tammy) Evans of Port St. Lucie, FL and Lisa (Richard) Porth of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter-in-law, Cindy Evans of Fort Pierce, FL; 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his stepchildren, Todd & Kim Evans, granddaughter, Shana Evans, and sisters, Frances Colotti & Marie “Mitzi” Ruffell.
Services: A service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
