Amy was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and love touched the lives of so many people. She will be remembered not only for the love she had for her family, but also for the countless lives she touched throughout her life.
Amy had a lifelong passion for baking and cooking. For many years, she shared her talent and love for food through her business, Amy’s Cakes & Catering. She became well known throughout her community for her famous cakes, incredible food, and beautiful creations. She catered countless celebrations, special occasions, and events, taking great pride in making each one memorable. Over the years, she even had the honor of catering for celebrities who visited the area.
For Amy, baking and cooking were more than a business — they were a way of showing love. She loved creating food for others, seeing their reactions, and hearing people rave about her cakes and cooking. She was always there for the people she loved and was someone others could count on.
She leaves behind her beloved husband, Gary Roach; her son, Kevin Roach; her daughter, Brandi Maury and her husband, Zachary Maury; her sister, Susan Fraschetti and her husband, John Fraschetti; her mother-in-law, Patricia Roach; her brother-in-law, James Roach; her sister-in-law, Pamela Regin; her beloved nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Teresa (Ginocchi) Cast, and her brother, William Cast, who passed away in March 2026.
Amy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy will live on through her family, the friendships she made, the people she helped, and the countless memories created through her love of cooking and baking.
Her kitchen may be quiet now, but the love she poured into every cake, every meal, and every person she touched will never be forgotten.
Rest peacefully, Amy. You were deeply loved, and you will be missed forever. 🕊️❤️
