Allan Wayne Comerford, 69, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025. He was born on September 20, 1955, in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and made Fort Pierce his home.

Allan retired in 2022 from Eden’s Construction after a long and dedicated career. He was a proud member of the Old Glory Airboat Camp and found great joy in airboating, bass fishing, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters, Tammie McNamara and her husband, Kyle and their children Katelynn, Brielle, and Kevin of Fort Pierce, FL, and Diana Mengarelli and her husband, Tony and their son Eli of Oscoto, MI. He is also survived by his sisters, Trulee Romano and Julie Comerford of Palm Bay, FL, and his brother Belseri “Beanie” Comerford.

Allan was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bonnie Comerford; his parents, Harold “Shorty” Comerford and Shirley Medlin; and his brother, Randy Comerford.

In lieu of flowers, Allan would have wished for donations to be made in memory of his wife, Bonnie, to a brain tumor organization, and to Breakthrough T1D in support of his granddaughter, Brielle.

Allan will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for his warm heart, great storytelling, and unwavering love for his family. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 7th at the McNamara Residence.
