Troy Dempsey Sullivan

Troy Dempsey Sullivan of Ft Pierce and Sarasota Florida formally of Hopewell Virginia passed away September 6th 2017 at the age of 99.

Troy served in the Navy and was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Ft Pierce. He was the owner of Libby’s Donut Shop in Hopewell Virginia for 35 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years Mary E. (Libby) Sullivan. He is survived by his daughter Kathy Smith, Son Ron Sullivan (LuAnn), Grandchildren Kevin Williamson (Kelly), Paul Sullivan, Lisa Emerson (Michael), Troy Sullivan (Kelly), Great Grandchildren Alex, Mandy, Lauren, Layne Sullivan, Austin and Wesley Emerson, Cameron Dotson, Great Great Granddaughter Mia Grace Dotson.

Services will be held at Community United Methodist Church, Fort Pierce on November 12th at 1:00pm and Interment will be at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota Florida December 7th at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Community Methodist Church, 3114 Okeechobee Road, Ft Pierce Florida 34947.
