Mrs. Gaither was born in Yorktown Heights, New York and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida 7 years ago coming from Boynton Beach, Florida and then moved to Okeechobee, Florida one year ago.
She was an artist.
Survivors include her daughter, Helon (Charlie) Jones of Fort Pierce, FL; sons, Michael (Rhonda) Gaither of St. Petersburg, FL and Steven Gaither of Pembroke Pines, FL; grandchildren, Christopher & Matthew Gaither and Kimberly (Richard) Ramonell; great-grandchildren, Jennifer Anne Gaither and Benjamin Ramonell and caregiver & niece, Peggy Fielder. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Gaither, companion, Emerson Ussery and grandson, Douglas Hemphill.
