Mr. Ortiz was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
He attended Prosser High School and retired from AT&T. He enjoyed fishing, baseball, reading books, cooking, traveling and range shooting.
Survivors include his daughters, Michelle Ciancio and Brianna Rivera; sons, Pedro and David Rivera. He was preceded in death by his wife, Heidi Rivera and mother & father, Maria & Pedro Rivera.
