Heavenly Reunion

Maria Clementina Polit Gordils went home to Jesus on September 20th, 2021.

Maria was born to parents Jose’ and Blanca Polit on December 17th, 1939 in Quito, Equador.

As a child, she grew up on a cocoa plantation with 5 siblings.
Maria met her one and only love Carlos early in her life in Equador.
They immigrated to the United States had 3 children eventually settling down in Florida where they made their home.

Maria was a devout Catholic and a member of San Joaquin Church in Miami for many years.
She donated countless hours serving the Lord at the church as this gave her much joy.
She was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother. She had radiance and prayed for others.
Maria was preceded in death by her mother and father, her brothers, Humberto, Rene’, Juanito, and Pepe’.
She has one living sibling who is the oldest of 6, our beloved Mercedes, “Miche” Gordils.
Maria was preceded in death 15 days prior, by her son Jerry Augusto Gordils.
They both passed away from Covid in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Survivors include her husband Carlos and her sons Charles and Joseph Gordils, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin’s, family and friends near and far.

Mom we will miss you but never forget you.
