Lawrence Eugene D'Angelo

Lawrence E. D’Angelo passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022.

He was an Army Veteran National Guard and a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. He was a Past Faithful Navigator for the Knights of Columbus. He was part of the Color Corps for the Knights as well. He was a Eucharistic minister at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Lawrence was born on August 13, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Lafayette high school, Brooklyn, New York. He was Deputy Supervisor of the New York City Transit Authority. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved ones. He also enjoyed traveling especially going on cruises.

Lawrence was a family man who was loved and respected by his family and friends. He is survived by Alice M. D’Angelo (wife, married 55 years); Rosario D’Angelo (son); Alice Marie Lunt (daughter, spouse Mark), Christopher D’Angelo(son); Kaitlyn Lunt (granddaughter), Joseph Lunt (grandson); and Joshua D’Angelo (grandson).

A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, January 13th at 10AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 350 NW California Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. Inurnment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery by his loving family.
