Mrs. Chilsen was born in Madison, Wisconsin moved to the Treasure Coast 11 years ago coming from Panama City, Florida.
Kali was an amazing and wonderful mother, always putting others before herself. She could find the light in darkest of hours & always had a positive attitude. She was a hard worker and made time to be involved with her children in Boy Scouts.
She is flying with the angels now.
Survivors include her mother, Jody Chilsen of Palm City, FL; father, Jon (Tammie) Chilsen of Wisconsin; sons, Michael and Aidan Torres and Leo Waller, III; fiancé, Phillip Maurice Waller of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Riannon Estrada of Madison, WI; and brothers, Jesse Leung of Chicago, IL, Devon Weiss and Garrett Chilsen both of Wisconsin.
