Mrs. Anderson was born in Oyster Bay, New York and retired to Port St. Lucie but originally from Port Jefferson, Long Island NY.
Joyce graduated Valedictorian from Mepham High School in Bellmore, New York. She went on to have a successful career at Grumman Aerospace in Calverton, New York prior to retirement.
Survivors include her daughter, Lori (Steven) DeMichael of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Christian Anderson of Lakeland, FL; grandsons, Gene Beach of Port St. Lucie and Stephen Meeks of Newberry, FL; and granddaughters, Barbara Meeks of Port St. Lucie, FL and Ryleigh Anderson of Lakeland, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years in 2020, Gene R. Anderson and brother, Charles Keuchler
